All items come with a 30 working day return period. If you’re not satisfied with a particular item, you can return or exchange it within 30 working days. Only unused and unworn items in their original packaging (including labels, etc.) can be returned. SALE or discounted items can only be returned if they meet the conditions mentioned above.
We kindly ask you to include the return form (fully completed) indicating whether you wish to exchange the item or receive a refund.
If you wish to return your entire order, you will receive all purchase payments, including any delivery charges (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Not returning the complete order? In that case, we do not refund the original shipping costs.
Return shipping costs are always your responsibility. Please return your package sufficiently stamped and well-packaged. If you wish to exchange an item, please notify YourUnderwearStore in advance by email ([email protected]) or through the contact form.
