SHIPPING COSTS

FREE SHIPPING for orders over €60 within the Netherlands and Belgium.
For orders shipped to Germany, a standard fee of €7.50 applies.
Orders over €100 in Germany qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

For other countries, a shipping fee of €24.95 applies to orders under €150.
Orders placed before 21:00 will be shipped the same day via PostNL*.

*On working days, if in stock.

If an item is not in stock, we will notify you by email.

RETURN SERVICE

All items come with a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return or exchange it within 30 days. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear that has been worn. We recommend trying items on over another boxer or brief.

Items can only be returned if:

•They are unworn.
•They are unwashed.
•They are undamaged.
•They are in their original packaging (complete and undamaged).
•All original tags and labels (if applicable) are still attached.

We kindly ask you to include the return form (fully completed), indicating whether you would like to exchange the item or receive a refund.

If you are unable to print the return form, you may include the packing slip. Please clearly write on the packing slip whether you wish to receive a refund or an exchange.

If you wish to return your entire order, you will be refunded all payments made, including any delivery charges (except any additional costs incurred due to your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Not returning your full order? In that case, we will not refund the original shipping cost.

Return shipping costs are always your own responsibility.

Please ensure that your return is sufficiently stamped and properly packaged.

Please note: in the Netherlands, shipments to a P.O. box can only be sent using PostNL.
We kindly request that you keep your proof of shipment until your return has been processed.
Custom-made or specially ordered items cannot be returned.
